MISA is proud to present TBTC 2010 Keynote Speaker: Cyril McKelvie, President and CEO of BreconRidge

Mr. McKelvie is the President & CEO of BreconRidge, as well as a founding member of the Company. He brings over 20 years of senior management experience in engineering, research and development and telecommunications operations. Prior to joining BreconRidge, Mr. McKelvie was General Manager of GSI Lumonics’ optical division from 1999 to 2001.

Previously, Mr. McKelvie was Vice President of Operations for JDS Uniphase from 1997 to 1999. Under his tenure JDS’ operations grew by more than 200% a year in both revenue and profitability. Prior to JDS, Mr. McKelvie held a number of key positions at Newbridge Networks in both research and development and operations from 1986 to 1997. In these roles, Mr. McKelvie was instrumental in building Newbridge’s new product introduction process from its earliest inception.
